My foundation in science, along with several certifications in fitness and personal training, provides a step above others in terms of thoroughly understanding how to maximize our full potential when it comes to health and wellness. I am not new to this area and have spent more than 28 years perfecting the art of staying healthy through both mind and body. There is no “one size fits all” when it comes to health. We are all unique beings that require specialized attention in understanding our bodies and how to utilize our own capabilities effectively.
